I might not be good medically but am just sharing my experiences.

One of the side effects of chemo treatment is the loss of appetite and the emergence of ulcers in the mouth and food pipe(esophagus).

As the treatment kills all red & white blood cells, you need to eat to build up new cells. Protein is needed. A lot of eggs(hard-boiled egg white minus the yolk), fish and lean meat are needed to rebuild the cells. If you have problems eating due to ulcers and loss of appetite, consider taking high-protein liquid food. One of them is ENERCAL, which is a high-protein milk available at the pharmacy.

Hope this helps. Take care and feel free to call me.

Warmest regards,
